The Classical Approach to Education
Our teachings are based on the curricula, materials, methods, and aims that have traditionally been used to educate generations of young men and women who have helped build our nation and preserve Western civilization. The following are some of our hallmarks:

The lottery will take place on Monday, February 2, 2026. Families who apply during the November through January lottery window will receive either an offer email or an email notifying them of their student’s position on the waitlist.

If your student has been accepted, you have 72 hours to accept the offer and confirm your intent to register.

Using the enrollment portal, complete your student’s registration within 14 days to confirm your child’s seat at Heritage Classical Academy.

Ascent Classical Academy of Douglas County offers information sessions where you can meet our Headmaster and Deans and learn more about our classical curriculum.
School Tours
We also offer school tours to prospective families during the school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to see our curriculum and culture in action.
High School Shadow Days
Shadow Days are a wonderful opportunity for prospective High School students to experience our curriculum and culture. Visiting students will be paired up with a class ambassador and spend part or all of the day on campus experiencing a day in the life of an Ascent student.
